The Ghost Blogger

You may have noticed that I have been missing in action lately (or maybe you haven’t noticed). Like an old haunted house, my blog is gathering a few cobwebs and my archives are looking sparse and vacant.

I am still rattling around, however. I just haven’t quite found the time or the inspiration to keep my blog alive.

I started this whole thing simply to get the experience of writing a blog. I wanted to see how it works, how to publish, and how to gain a following. It was fun to put together my masthead with a designer friend of mine (thanks John!).

The truth is that I am dangerously close to being overscheduled! I know this is a good problem to have. I am currently juggling three clients, with one waiting in the wings. I also have two potential clients reviewing my work.

I am not complaining; it is extremely satisfying to discover that I can do this freelance thing on my own. And I am getting some great experience, including writing content for my first app assignment.

I even have the opportunity to write four blog posts for a consumer web client. So, while I may not have the time to write my own blog, I will be busy writing someone else’s.
